Sarah's Birthday

I have to say that this year was "harder" for me with Sarah having another birthday...more so than when she turned 13. I think that it is because she has grown up and grown more beautiful this year. Sarah had a weekend of birthday. We started with picking up girlfriends on Friday...having dinner at Seminole Towne Center and then watching Twilight at 10:10pm...which meant that we didn't get home until 1am. The next day, Anita and Alicia had to go home but Megan stayed over night and they were to work on the History Fair Project that they hope will make it to the State. They did some work and a lot of sleep to catch up from the night before. Below are a few pictures that Sarah took of me and of us. I just wanted to have some pictures of us together. And then the pictures of her girlfriends.

Andrew played NFL Flag Football this year for the first time. He totally loved the sport. He had some GREAT coaches that taught repsect of the sport and of others. They taught him that when you work hard, you become good. And though his team didn't have a good season as far as the numbers go, they did have a great season from where they started and where they ended their season. As their Coaches said, next season there will not be anyone that can beat their team.Andrew coming through the cheering line after the game. We, parents, would line up and either side and make a bridge with our hands that the guys would run through. After the game on Saturday, Coah had all of us parents on the field and doing the cheer that became the motto for our guys!Andrew running out after his team has been recognizedSarah took a picure of Uncle Brent as he was running out on the field with his teamCoach Derrick and AndrewNew friend, Cody
Richard and I were given a cruise to the Bahamas. We went over the Halloween weekend. It was nice to have our cell phones and computers off since Thursday to Sunday. We enjoyed the shows and having time together...and we spent lots of time sleeping. We did get to swim with dolphins at Atlantis. The following are the only pictures that we took.
Andrew is learning to play the clarinet this year in band. He wants to play the saxaphone, but learning to play the clarinet is the foundation to playing a sax. This was the night of the Indian Trails Middle School recital. I have to say that they played pretty good...and our ears didn't hurt too bad :-) Andrew has moved form 14th chair to 4th chair in the two months. Uncle Todd was here during this time.
Ron, Mary, Cheyenne & Alexis meet us at Sea World. The kids also dressed up and went Trick or Treat down Spooktacular Lane.
Well, Mommy cat did it again. She had more kittens. She brought them to the front door and was so relived when I started helping her feed them. Now we just have to find homes for everyone.
